Pricing is adjusted for each country
The $40 figure is the United Arab Emirates price. Aghsan uses purchasing power parity pricing, so centers in other markets pay a rate adjusted to their local economy rather than a single global price. In Egypt, for example, the rate is significantly lower.
We do this because a center in Cairo and a center in Dubai serve the same families and deserve the same software, but do not operate on the same cost base. Contact sales for the exact rate in your country and a quote for your center.

How much does Aghsan cost?
Aghsan costs $40 per active child per year in the United Arab Emirates. Pricing in other countries is adjusted for purchasing power parity, so the rate is lower in markets such as Egypt. Contact sales for the exact figure for your country and center.
What counts as an active child?
A child is active if they have at least one session, assessment, or report recorded during the billing year. Children who are archived, discharged, or have no recorded activity are not billed, so a center only pays for the caseload it actually served.
Do you charge per staff member or per user?
No. Staff accounts, specialist accounts, and parent portal accounts are unlimited on every plan. Adding a therapist or a receptionist does not change your bill, because pricing is tied to the children you serve rather than the people who log in.
Are there feature tiers or paid add-on modules?
No. There is one plan and it includes every feature, including assessments, treatment plans, goals, sessions, appointments, billing, the parent portal, reports, audit logs, and the Zoom integration. Centers of every size get the complete product.
Why is the price different in each country?
Aghsan uses purchasing power parity pricing, which means the rate is adjusted to the local economy of each market rather than set as one global figure. A center in Cairo and a center in Dubai serve the same families, but do not operate on the same cost base.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Centers get a 30-day free trial and freelance specialists get 14 days, before committing to a paid year. Onboarding support and data import from your existing records are included, so the trial reflects how the system works with your real caseload.
How do multi-center organizations get priced?
Organizations running several branches are priced on the total active children across all of their centers, with the same per-child model. Contact sales for a quote that covers every branch under one organization.
