Disconnect in Aghsan
Go to Settings, Integrations, Meetings, and choose Disconnect next to Zoom. Aghsan removes the saved connection from your account.
Integration guide
Connect your Zoom account to create and manage online appointments from Aghsan.
Each specialist connects their own Zoom account. Aghsan can then create a Zoom meeting for an online appointment and keep its schedule aligned when the appointment changes.
Sign in to Aghsan, open Settings, select Integrations, then open the Meetings section.
Select Zoom and choose Connect. You will be sent to Zoom to sign in and review the requested permissions.
Approve the connection in Zoom. You will return to Aghsan, where Zoom will appear as connected.
Open Appointments in Aghsan and create or edit an appointment assigned to the connected specialist.
Set the appointment location to online and select Zoom as the meeting provider.
Save the appointment. Aghsan creates the Zoom meeting and stores the join link with the appointment.
When you reschedule or cancel the appointment in Aghsan, the linked Zoom meeting is updated or removed.
You can stop the integration from either Aghsan or Zoom.
Go to Settings, Integrations, Meetings, and choose Disconnect next to Zoom. Aghsan removes the saved connection from your account.
Open the Zoom App Marketplace, go to Manage, then Added Apps. Select Aghsan and choose Remove.
After disconnecting, Aghsan cannot create or update Zoom meetings for you. Review any existing meetings in Zoom if they still need changes.
Aghsan uses your Zoom account identity and meeting permissions only to connect your account and manage meetings you create through Aghsan. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Aghsan does not request Zoom recordings, transcripts, chat, audio, or video.
Contact Aghsan support if the connection fails, a meeting link is missing, or you need help removing the integration.
