Automatic gathering
Session notes, goal progress and assessment results flow into the report with no copying and pasting.
Reports
Writing the report is the short part. Gathering is the long part: going back through session notes kept in different places, hunting for goal numbers, copying in assessment results, then formatting everything in Word.
The bigger the center, the more hands the information passes through, so the report arrives late and looks different from one specialist to the next. The quarterly report is the worst of them, because it depends on three months of sessions.
A good report starts with good daily documentation. When session notes are tied to goals, the draft comes out clearer. To see what a strong note looks like, read our guide to writing therapy session notes.
Aghsan builds the report from what your team has already recorded, so no one enters anything new for it. It draws on three places:
Every report carries your center’s name, logo and contact details, so families receive the same format whichever specialist prepared it. You choose the report’s language, Arabic or English.
Aghsan can prepare the first draft with the help of AI. The specialist reviews and edits everything, and clinical decisions stay with your team. Children’s clinical data is never used to train AI models.
When your review is done, you can export the report as a PDF to hand to the family, keep on file, or give to an authority that asks for it. Or you can share it through the parent portal, where the parent downloads it whenever they like.
Either way, nothing reaches a parent without your approval. The report stays with you until you decide to publish it. Reports then sit in the child’s record beside their assessments, goals and sessions.
A template doesn’t replace a specialist’s judgment. Our guide to writing progress reports parents understand sets out the structure we recommend:
Session notes, goal progress and assessment results flow into the report with no copying and pasting.
Your name, logo and contact details on every report, in Arabic or English as you choose.
Monthly, quarterly or a range you choose, with progress compared between two periods.
Export in seconds to hand over, keep on file or submit to the authorities.
A report stays with you until you’ve reviewed it and decided to share it.
The specialist reviews and edits it, and clinical data is never used to train AI models.

A report is the result of what happens before it and the start of what comes after. These pages cover the other links.

Arabic or English, and you choose the language.
No. The report draws on the sessions, goals and assessments already recorded in Aghsan, so it gets better the more regularly your team documents.
Aghsan can prepare a first draft with the help of AI, but the specialist reviews and edits everything, and clinical decisions stay with your team. We don’t use children’s clinical data to train AI models.
No. Pricing is per active child per year with every feature included, and there is no charge per report. A child counts as active if a session, assessment or report is recorded for them during the billing year. The UAE price is $40 per active child per year, and other countries are priced by purchasing power.
