Yes. Aghsan is built for centers with 5 to 200 active children, and you don't need a technical person on staff to run it.
Does it work on mobile phones?
Yes. Aghsan runs in the browser on any phone, tablet, or computer, so there is nothing to download or install. Specialists can document a session on their phone right after it ends, reception can work from a desktop, and parents open their portal on their own phone.
Is children's data secure?
Every center's data is completely isolated from every other center. No other center, and no outside party, can reach your records.
Does Aghsan include a full EMR?
Yes, for centers in the UAE. Aghsan includes full electronic medical record (EMR) functionality that meets UAE health authority requirements: structured diagnoses and coding, clinical history, connection to the UAE health information exchange, and insurance e-claims. It is coming soon to other markets; centers elsewhere get every other feature today.
Is my data backed up? What if something goes wrong?
Yes. Your center's records are backed up automatically every day, so a broken phone or a lost laptop never means lost files. Data is encrypted in transit and hosted primarily on infrastructure serving the UAE and Egypt. You can also request an export of your center's data at any time.
Do specialists need long training?
No. The interface is fast and obvious. Most teams document their first real sessions on day one.
Can parents see everything?
No. You control exactly what gets published to each parent. Internal notes and clinical discussion stay inside the center.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Aghsan is built Arabic-first with full RTL support, and English is fully supported alongside it.
