Aghsan is an Arabic-first center management platform for special needs, therapy, and rehabilitation centers, founded in June 2026 by Eslam Shaker and Alaa Ahmed and headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Aghsan gives every child one digital file — assessments, sessions, goals, reports, and a parent portal — so specialists document in minutes instead of hours and families finally get a real answer. It serves centers across the Middle East and North Africa in Arabic and English.

Empowering centers, improving lives
Our mission is to give every special needs center — regardless of size or budget — the digital infrastructure to deliver better care. We believe that when centers spend less time on paperwork, they spend more time with the children who need them.
What we stand for
Child-first design
Every feature we build is evaluated against a single question: does it help children receive better care? If the answer is not a clear yes, we do not ship it.
Family trust
Parents and guardians deserve to understand their child's progress. Our parent portal is designed to be transparent, clear, and always respectful of family privacy.
Arabic by default
Aghsan is built for the Arab market, not adapted to it. Arabic is our primary language, RTL is our default layout, and our content reflects the cultural context of the UAE and Egypt.
Data dignity
The data of children with special needs is among the most sensitive that exists. We treat it with the highest level of care, security, and professional respect.

Who builds Aghsan
Aghsan is built by a small team that combines hands-on special education practice with product and AI engineering. Eslam Shaker and Alaa Ahmed founded the company in June 2026; Abdelrahman Sayed leads its AI work. We build alongside our pilot centers so every release answers a real need on the ground.
